Return Policy 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return. All eligible returns are accepted for store credit that never expires.

Ensure that you follow the returns process to ensure the return is processed promptly and correctly.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached.
  • Items must be unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, while in the customer’s possession.
  • Free from any markings, make-up, self tanner, odors, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and washing detergent.
  • For health reasons and personal hygiene, bodysuits and earrings are not eligible for return.
  • Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surfaces, always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.

Please note shipping fees will not be refunded. 


How to Return/ Exchange

Your order confirmation email will provide you with an order number. Returns will request your order number used on the online purchase. 

  1. Email helpme@2limons.com with your return/ exchange request. Please provide the order number in the subject line and a brief description of the item you wish to return.
  2. Returns must be approved before they can be shipped back. Once approved, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of order received. 
  3. Only approved returns will be accepted. All other returns will be sent back to the sender.
  4. Items sent back with any markings, make-up, self tanner, odors, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant or washing detergent may be denied full store credit, per our discretion 
  5. Securely pack your merchandise, we recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return as we cannot be responsible for any lost/ damaged return packages. 
  6. Shipping charge is non-refundable 
  7. Mail your package after the above steps & we will email you once we have received the package. 

Damaged Items

We are so sorry that you have received a faulty item, but we would love to have this resolved for you as soon as possible! Any damages to an unworn item must be communicated to us within 72 hours of delivery via EMAIL only helpme@2limons.com. Please email your order number, a description and photo of the damaged item. 

The item must be unaltered and the damage must be in the original condition sent.  Any attempts at altering or cleaning the item will make it void of any returns / exchanges.  

You can expect to hear back from us within 1 business day. 

 

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return for store credit. Our return policy applies to both sale and regularly priced items.

 

Gifted item 

Gifts are eligible for return for store credit. For assistance, please get in touch with us at helpme@2limons.com. In your email, please include the order number and/or name of the gifter along with the item number found on the tag. This will allow us to better assist you with this process. 

 

Canceled orders

Unfortunately order cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. An email will be sent to you if your cancellation went through. If an order has been fulfilled and shipped or delivered and is cancelled please follow steps under “How to Return/ Exchange” 


Timeframe to Returns

Please return unwanted items within *14 days from the date of delivery. The return window begins from the date of delivery received to the date the item is postmarked for return. Transit delays will not impact this time frame. 


Store Credit 

Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.2limons.com and will be issued in the form of a GIFTCARD via email. Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars. Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our terms and policies.
